Judge

Terry Graham is a Researcher at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and has worked with BroadGroup on cloud computing and data center developments in Asia reports. He was as a member of the Hong Kong government's cloud promotion advisory board. He has also been engaged on a variety of projects sponsored by the World Bank, the International Telecommunications Union, the United Nations Development Program, the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation, and the Asian Development Bank. He is currently researching smart city data sharing models and frameworks.
